Cleaned up the code, made it so that it can be used properly right out of the box and features new imagery as well as (thanks to a suggestion from a reader) first post unfurled ONLY on front page and not in category or archives.

I loaded it on my blog and it dies in IE7, only the header and top nav show up.

…the pointing hand is a bit of a nuisance, though - maybe the overall minimalist concept might go better with a simple grey boxed CSS color navigation?
