    The official site of the template is this one (http://studio.st/i-feel-dirty/) and its currently displaying the template with no browser compatibility issues. In any case, if there is something wrong I would be happy to know what it is so I can fix it, could you share some more info about it?

  5. I am having a problem with the theme. Individual posts look fine, the archives look fine; however, the main page is screwy. There is no white background and the sidebar has been pushed to the bottom. i.e. - http://www.thebrewerpatriot.com/ as compared to http://www.thebrewerpatriot.com/2006/07/10/help-with-a-dilemma-penn-state-or-tampa-bay/

    I am sure there is a simple fix for this, but I just don’t know what it is.

  7. I’m having the same problem as The Brewer Patriot.
    Individual posts looks ok, but the main page is all screwed up: i missed the white background and the sidebar moved to the left bottom of the page.
    Couldn’t find a way to fix it (I’m a REAL newby), so any help would be well accepted.

  8. Good theme and I’m gratefull to see it.

    However - I’m running into odd problems.

    I don’t care - but in internet IE on a mac - it’s totly hosed.

    In IE on an XP machine - the right column drops to the bottom of the page.

    BUT - the thing that’s driving me nuts is - While logged in as editor or greater- the entire site displays correctly in Firefox or Safari or opera.

    Log out and go to a full legth archive and the body background goes away - leaving you with black text on a black bg. Not good. Articles accesed as “Pages” display properly.

    I’m at (or above) my level of incomppetence. Any help would be welcome.

    What did Brewerpatriot figure out? I visit his site main page - and it’s busted - visit an archive article of his - it’s fixed - then back to the main page and it suddenly works correctly on his site. The first visit with with a new browser and the front page is hosed like my archive pages?

I seem to have solved most of the problems, which have been mentioned by some others on here (ie black text on black bg, it was an issue in the CSS with adding background color tags to some stuff). The only problem I have left is that the right sidebar shifts to the bottom under the content div. as has also been mentioned by some others.

    Any help you can offer would be wonderful. I’ve seen some references to IE browser hacks, but can’t wrap my newbie brain around the logistics of it.

  12. ok, now this is curious. I tried a little test regarding what Ian was talking about and sure enough it displays fine while logged in as an admin but the sidebar shifts down and to the left when not logged in. Same results in Firefox, Camino and Safari on Mac and Explorer on an XP machine. In all cases its messed up unless logged in, and always messed up in the same exact way, sidebar shifts down and to the left so its in line with the content. Hope this helps narrow down the problem.

  13. I love the look of the theme but I have run into the same problem as the others posted above. I can’t seem to get some buttons, such as the search button and the RSS button to show. In fact if you view the page in anything aside from firefox, the images are x’d. :(

  19. I love this theme! I am having one small problem, though. The question mark graphic that is supposed to appear in the sidebar beside the search area (and in two other places) doesn’t appear, and doesn’t seem to be among the images downloaded. Can anyone help?

  21. Another newbie with the same problem: the search button and the RSS/OK button are not loading. The same problems appear in the “test run” at Theme Viewer as well. Otherwise I really like this theme…

  18. To fix the images, you could also just rename the folder from “i-feel-dirty-10″ to “i-feel-dirty”. That fixes it without having to change any of the php files.

    So far I haven’t seen the bug others have mentioned here with the sidebar & backgrounds going funny… but I just started using it a few minutes ago…

  5. In Firefox the padding I put around images doesn’t work. Likewise, in IE, the embedded YouTube links I have put in don’t show up but instead show an empty image box with a Red X. Is there a fix for either of these two problems? I love the template but am considering look for an alternative if the site isn’t viewable across different browsers.

  7. Guys, has anyone figured out the fixes to the problems mentioned above? That is, the background disappearing when you log out as a user or administrator, the sidebar moving to the bottom in individual posts once you log out, the button pictures not appearing in Internet Explorer?

    Argh, this theme is awesome, but I’m being forced not to use it due to all these problems.

  8. This is not a fix for the above problems but it is a work around for the right column dropping to the bottom.

    In your style.css change

    .main {
    width: 760px;
    }

    to this

    .main {
    width: 840px;
    }

    This will bring back the two columns but with an extended white space on your header.
