  4. PSDs are the layered graphic files of the graphics used to create the template. You could use the PSDs to change the graphics used in the template if they had been included. I did not include them here.

  9. THis is a great theme, but I get this error message on a new install.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_theme_switcher() in /home/icanduco/public_html/aharding/10/wp-content/themes/waterlily-20/sidebar.php on line 79

  10. Trying out this theme, and saw your error. Easy enough to fix:

    Open up the file sidebar.php in a text editor. Look for the very last line, the one with the word “wp_theme_switcher” in it.
    Delete that line, save the file, and re-upload it.

  17. need a css update for ie7

    just comment out the line above in style.css

    #topbanner2 {

    width: 786px;

    /* height: 177px; */

    background: url(images/header2.jpg) no-repeat;

    }

    why? ie7 is somehow more css-strict. so if the div has a height specified, that height attribute is stricty applied.

  7. Really nice theme, would be better if the psd’s were in the file so that it could be adjusted. Than again wrote the Author 2 emails and never got a reply from either one.

  11. The solution provided in comment #17 only works for me fixing for ie7, but at the same time it makes topbanner2 disapear in ie6 and Firefox 1.5.0.7. Some other solution? maybe?

  16. Re: #18, PHP 5 issues:

    I’ve fixed the comments.php syntax (took me a bloody hour though), people can download it at the following url:
    http://www.ephemeraproject.org/blog/wp-content/themes/waterlily-20/comments.phps

    Also, the “Home” link in single.php has been hard-coded as “/index.php”, which is incorrect for some people (certainly for me); the author should replace this with:

    <?php echo get_settings(’home’); ?>

    But it’s a great-looking theme though :-)

  17. Update 11.22.06

    I’ve updated the theme now so that it renders nicely in IE7. Sorry, but IE7 didn’t exist when I first created the theme! :)

    I also made some significant improvements and changes to some of the main template files, changes include:

    ***Category pages show show titles, excerpts and comment count on the posts - all category pages have “Currently Browsing - *Category Name*” listed at the top so the visitor knows where they are, exactly.

    ***Monthly pages show show titles, excerpts and comment count on the posts - all monthly pages have “Currently browsing posts made in *Month/Year*” listed at the top.

    ***Search results page show titles, excerpts and comment count on the posts.

    ***404 Error page included.

    Some tweaks and modifications to the CSS stylesheet to include some additional generic and standard styling - including styling for the calendar feature that I hadn’t included in the original release.

    Comments are also now displayed in alternate colors (setting one comment apart from the other).

  7. I love this theme, but I’m having a bit of an issue with it. The smiley images show up in a box with a light blue background instead of being transparent (as they have been in every other theme I’ve used). Can I get a fix for this?

  17. Updated 6.12.07

    Cleaned up a few minor things in the stylesheet

    Added in the wp_footer for added functionality, if needed.

    Fixed the buggy issue of the sidebar collapsing when comments are closed on a post.
