  5. Great theme. It was one of Andreas’ themes that got me interested in making my own theme for my site. Glad this one made it to WP.

  6. How do I make it so the subpages in the menu don’t appear until the parent is active?

  7. Redtricycle: That would require some modifications including adding some plugin or widget that makes the WordPress list_pages function work differently. There are different solutions for that available if you search the different WP-plugin sites, but I haven’t tested any of them with this theme. If you find some good solution, feel free to post it here so others can try the same thing. :)

  1. Nice theme. I’m using it. Why doesn’t the comment moderation message appear after someone leaves a comment? It’s killing me! I’ve spent too much time trying to figure it out.

  2. Love the theme . . . it’s simple and elegant. Easy to change the image header.

  3. How in the world do I make the comment moderation message appear after a user leaves a comment?

  4. I’m new to Wordpress, but this theme has made the transition very simple. It’s a great theme that is easily customisable with a very professional look.

One small concern I have is how to make the previous / next links appear on the post pages? The code appears to be in the template, but I cannot get them to appear on the site.

Any assistance in how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

  5. [...] I doubt it, but just in case I have any readers who know anything about the Andreas00 theme, or who are knowledgeable about all those crazy internet codes, here are some things I’m trying to figure out: 1. I got rid of the blog title and description above the header image, because I have those in my header image. Now how do I make the image clickable so that it links to the home page? I’ve read several different guides on how to do this, and each is different depending on the theme. I can’t find one that seems like it will work for this theme. 2. In this theme, whenever you go to a page like my About page, it doesn’t show the right sidebar, and instead shows a little “subpages” menu.  I got rid of the subpages menu because I didn’t want it. But now I want my right sidebar to show on those pages where that menu would normally be there. 3. This may have more to do with my Aniga image plugin, but it wasn’t a problem with my old theme. If you click on Pictures in my Nav menu, you have to scroll down really far to get to them. That’s really annoying. I’m considering just moving my pictures over to something like Flickr. I just don’t want to have to pay for it when I have plenty of space to host them on my own site. 4. Is there any way to put borders between the columns?  I tried doing it with my background image, but the white background of the page covers it.  I know how to add borders with CSS, I’m just not sure where to put them in this theme. 5. There is a lot of space between the lines of all my posts. It makes it look a little cleaner like this, I suppose, but to me it just seems like too much white space.  I’m using the same font I used in my other theme, but the lines weren’t so far apart then. Is there a css function that is causing this? [...]

  1. Great looking theme. My only question is, as I’m a NEWB to all this. Is if I want to put Adsense or alike underneath the pages are on the left hand sidebar, what file do I put this in? Thanks in advance.

  6. Is there anyway to change the width? I love the theme but I find it too narrow.
